  • Die Teilnahme ist sowohl für Privatpersonen als auch für gewerbliche Anbieter möglich.
  • Für gewerbliche Anbieter besteht keine Reisegewerbekartenpflicht. Wir müssen Eure Kontaktdaten in einem Schreiben an das Gewerbeamt melden und Ihr seid über eine Ausnahmeregelung für diese Veranstaltung quasi mit einem Reisegewerbeschein ausgestattet.
  • Die max. Standfläche pro Anbieter beträgt: 1 Biertisch a 2m x 0,5m, mind. ¼ Biertisch a 0,5m x 0,5m.
  • Die Standmiete beträgt 36 Euro je Biertisch, 18 Euro je 1/2 Biertisch und 9 € je ¼ Biertisch und ist steuerfrei (gem. § 4 Nr. 12 a UstG).
  • Rückerstattungsanspruch auf bezahlte Standmiete besteht bis 4 Wochen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn. Bei Rückerstattungsansprüchen, die nach dieser Frist gestellt werden, ist ein Rücktritt mit Kosten verbunden und es wird ein Betrag in Höhe von 100 % der Standmiete fällig.
  • Die Standmiete ist binnen 3 Werktagen ab Erhalt der Bestätigungsmail zu überweisen (akzeptierte Zahlmethode: SEPA-Überweisung – Bankdaten kommen mit der Bestätigungsmail). In der Standmiete sind Stühle und die bestellten (Front-) Meter an Tischflächen enthalten.
  • Pro Anbieter erhält eine weitere Person freien Eintritt
  • Für gewerbliche Anbieter besteht Preisauszeichnungspflicht (Verordnung zur Regelung von Preisangaben).
  • Es gilt das Vertriebsverbot nach §86 StGB für Waren mit NS-Symbolen/NS-Inhalt. Sofern den Veranstaltern ein Verstoß gegen §86 StGB zweifelsfrei zur Kenntnis gebracht wird, muss mit dem Ausschluss von der Börse gerechnet werden.
  • Das Anbieten gewaltverherrlichender, indizierter oder illegaler Ware ist ausdrücklich verboten.
  • Rechtsradikale und homophobe Einstellungen und Warenangebote sowie entsprechendes Verhalten sind nicht erwünscht und werden mit sofortigem Hausverbot geahndet.
  • AusstellerInnen und HelferInnen obliegt die Verkehrssicherungspflicht im Zusammenhang mit ihren Ständen. Sie haften auch für eventuelle Schäden am festen oder beweglichen Halleninventar. Sie verpflichten sich zur Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.
  • Für Sach- und Körperschäden sowie Diebstahl übernehmen die Veranstalter keine Haftung.
  • Der Aufbau findet von 14 – 15 Uhr statt. Die Stände sind bis spätestens 15 Uhr von den AusstellerInnen einzunehmen, ansonsten behalten sich die Veranstalter vor, den Stand anderweitig zu vergeben. Die Börse ist von 15 – 19 Uhr geöffnet. Der Abbau ist ab 18 Uhr erlaubt und muss bis 20 Uhr beendet sein. Weitere Bedingungen können entstehen, falls nötig ggf. auch am Veranstaltungstag. Änderungen bleiben vorbehalten.
  • Die Veranstalter sorgen für die notwendigen Voraussetzungen zur Durchführung der geplanten Plattenbörse. Bei Eintritt der Bedingungen sind sie an ihr Angebot gebunden (vgl. auch § 145 BGB). Sollte die Plattenbörse nicht stattfinden oder eine Teilnahme nicht möglich sein (z. B. bei bereits ausgebuchter Veranstaltung), erfolgt umgehend eine Information an die AusstellerInnen. Die bereits gezahlte Miete wird in diesem Fall erstattet. Im Falle eines gesamtwirtschaftlichen Ungleichgewichts kann es u. U. zur Absage der Plattenbörse kommen. Auch in diesem Fall wird bereits gezahlte Miete erstattet.
  • Schadensersatzansprüche gegen die Veranstalter wegen Ausfalls der Plattenbörse sind ausgeschlossen.
  • Am Stand sind Name & Anschrift deutlich sichtbar anzubringen (gewerblich)
  • Das Abspielen von Musik ist nicht erlaubt (GEMA). Die Tischflächen sind abzudecken. Kabel dürfen nicht über Besuchergänge verlegt werden. Der Stand ist sauber zu hinterlassen und Abfälle sind mitzunehmen, ansonsten werden Reinigungsgebühren fällig.

  • The sales prohibition applies according to §86 StGB for goods with NS symbols/NS content. If the organizers are made aware of a violation of §86 StGB beyond doubt, the exclusion from the stock exchange must be reckoned with.
  • Offering violent glorifying, indexed or illegal goods is expressly forbidden.
  • Right-wing radicals and homophobic attitudes and goods offers as well as appropriate behavior are not desired and are punished with immediate house prohibition.
  • Exhibitors and helpers are responsible for ensuring that their boothes are roadworthy. They are also liable for any damage to the fixed or movable hall inventory. They undertake to comply with the statutory provisions.
  • The organisers accept no liability for damage to property, physical injury or theft.
  • The record fair will take place from 3 pm to 7 pm. The booth must be occupied by the exhibitors by 2 pm. at the latest, otherwise the organisers reserve the right to assign the stand elsewhere. The record fair is open from 3 pm to 7 pm. Dismantling is permitted from 6 pm and must be completed by 8 pm. Further conditions may arise, if necessary also on the day of the event. We reserve the right to make changes.
  • The organisers shall ensure that the necessary conditions are in place for the implementation of the planned record fair. If the conditions are met, they are bound by their offer (see also § 145 BGB). If the record fair does not take place or participation is not possible (e.g. if the event is already fully booked), exhibitors will be informed immediately. In this case, the rent already paid will be refunded. In the event of a macroeconomic imbalance, the record fair may be cancelled. In this case, rent already paid will also be refunded.
  • Claims for damages against the organizers due to the loss of the record fair are excluded.
  • The name and address must be clearly visible on the stand (commercial).
